Close view of Galeón Andalucía’s wooden bow alongside a quay at the Port of Ayr, with furled sails, dense rope rigging and mooring lines above the water.
A Lattice of Rope and Timber The bow of Galeón Andalucía lies alongside at the Port of Ayr, its dark wooden hull, beakhead and dense standing rigging framed against terminal buildings. Mooring lines lead across the water to the red-edged pier, placing the historic-style vessel firmly within a working harbour setting. From Galeón Andalucía at the Port of Ayr
