Exterior of a shopping centre building with a dark glazed tower beside blue-painted brickwork, circular windows in a white brick band, and dense shrubs around a bare small tree in a brick planter.
Portholes Along the White Brick Band A glazed rectangular tower meets an older blue-painted structure marked by a row of circular openings. Dense shrubs, a bare-branched small tree and a stained brick planter occupy the foreground, softening the hard joins, vents and layered surfaces of the shopping centre exterior. Graffiti-covered wall beneath a dark metal shelter, with curved concrete terrace steps and weeds growing beside support columns at Shawfield Track.
Weeds Between the Terraces Beneath the shelter’s dense web of girders, painted names and characters run along the curving wall. Broken terrace steps lead through the space while fresh vegetation gathers at the edge, pressing against the concrete and columns. From Shawfield Track
